Zoë has substantial experience in the field of inclusion and is keen to support schools in developing their provision for children with high levels of need including SEND, EAL, SEMH, behaviour , EAL and those who are disadvantaged. She has been a member of Croydon's Fair Access Panel for many years and has lots of experience of managing the needs of children with challenging behaviour in the mainstream setting. Zoe is an advocate of nurture provision having established this approach in three schools across the borough and is keen to support schools in their exploration of new and creative approaches to meeting the needs of all children. Zoë has worked as a Headteacher for over 12 years and has been a senior leader for over 18 years across Surrey, Sutton and Croydon. Having predominantly worked in primary schools, Zoë can offer advice and support across the whole primary phase, including areas such as assessment, data analysis and preparing for Ofsted. She has experience across a broad range of contexts, including schools serving areas of high deprivation and challenge. Zoë is also committed to supporting schools in developing their safeguarding practice and can offer practical advice on how to raise awareness of sensitive issues across the whole school community.
