Overview

Managing people well is an integral part of effective leadership, but at times it can be challenging. The transition to becoming a line manager represents a major change in your career and it may bring with it presumptions of knowledge and experience that you may not have and can test your self-confidence and relationships with others.
This training is designed for all levels of manager, both new or experienced and the course consists of two separate modules which can be booked independently, enabling you to choose the dates that suit you best. However, it is recommended that, in order to acquire the full range of knowledge, you will need to attend both a Module 1 and Module 2 sessions.

The first of two half-day interactive training sessions, lead by an experienced HR Consultant, that is designed to provide managers with the tools and soft skills needed in order to manage Employee Relations matters.
