Overview

A half day leadership module for curriculum leaders and other middle leaders.
This module can stand alone or be taken as part of the Octavo middle leadership course for new and existing middle leaders which includes “Coaching and mentoring”, “Driving a curriculum area” and “Effecting change.”

Description

This module will enable middle leaders to understand summative outcomes data including the IDSR and ASP school performance reports and to analyse and evaluate internal data.
It will support both new and existing leaders to use this information to plan for school improvement and to monitor their subject purposefully.

Can be booked as a single module or one of several, to be built into a bespoke leadership course. Schools booking 5 places/ modules or more on the Octavo middle leadership course will receive a 10% discount on the fee.
