The coaching and mentoring module will support you in leading and influencing all to own professional development to extend best practice. You will be supported in positive apporaches to work with those sometimes there are difficulties and will be laying foundations, or further extending, a development culture of reflection that will enable and support growth and personal reflection.
The module considers approaches to release potential and gives ‘hands on’ opportuites to model approaches to manage difficulty positively. You will be better prepared to seek and extend best practice and so influence outcomes and the quality of learning in your school.
Can be booked as a single module or one of several, to be built into a bespoke leadership course.
