A half day leadership module for curriculum leaders and other middle leaders.This module can stand alone or be taken as part of the Octavo middle leadership course for new and existing middle leaders which includes “Coaching and mentoring”, “Analysing performance” and “Effecting change.”
The focus of this module is the cycle of development and effective improvement planning to drive curriculum areas or a year group forward.It will support both new and existing leaders to carry out purposeful observations, learning walks and work scrutiny.Delegates will learn about other ways of gathering information such as pupil voice and environmental audits.
Can be booked as a single module or one of several, to be built into a bespoke leadership course.
