Overview

Develop a close awareness of a wider context and a range of possibilities in practice to extend strategic thinking and decision making
This module will help you develop broader and deeper understanding of issues that interest you in relation to your own school by developing research activity across schools. It marries well with other modules in this suite of materials and will give you greater insight into:
research-based evidence on whole school issues
approaches to support the embedding of best practice to effectively manage and lead in niche areas
it will support you as a leader in seeing your strengths and areas for development

How can you develop it and extend it independently to benefit your school?
How working in partnership can be time-efficient in supporting development.
