Overview

This briefing will provide experienced Y6 teachers with advice and support regarding updates to statutory requirements regarding end of KS2 assessment, including teacher assessment and preparation for, and administration of, the end of KS2 tests.

Description

Experienced Y6 teachers will be provided with:
•a briefing about any changes to statutory requirements for end of KS2 assessment and reporting
•an update on the Year 6 moderation process and lessons learned from moderation in 2016
•support for preparation for, and administration, of the KS2 National Curriculum tests

NQTs, teachers new to or returning to Year 6 should attend the New to Year 6 training rather than this session.
