We value all your feedback and use this to enhance our support. If you would like to make a complaint please email educationenquiries@croydon.gov.uk, using the title ‘Complaint’ in the subject line or log your complaint as follows:

We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days and will keep you informed about the complaint investigation. We endeavour to resolve any complaint within twenty working days.
