Required from September 2016, two full time Primary Improvement Advisers, one with a specialism in Special Educational Needs

Octavo is at an exciting point in its development as a mutual trading company. We require two additional education professionals with experience at senior leadership level to join our growing School Improvement team. You will be proactive, flexible and self-motivated with a desire to provide the best educational opportunities for the children of Croydon and beyond.

Your role will include:

• Developing and delivering a range of courses and resources to support schools.
• Acting as the first point of day-to-day contact for link primary and nursery schools.
• Challenging schools to achieve optimum educational outcomes for their pupils.
• Supporting leadership teams to achieve their long term strategic objectives through packages of tailored support.
