Overview

This development session provides all Clerks with the opportunity to hear about and discuss the key issues that are currently on the educational, governance and clerking landscape.

This course is non-chargeable for those schools who have an annual training contract with Octavo Governance

Description

This forum will provide Clerks with the opportunity to:

•Hear about the key governance and educational issues on the landscape, discuss how these have impacted governance practice and shapes their work as Clerks.
•Share best practice and learning points with other Clerks.
•Ask questions of the Governance Team.

Booking Information

To Book:
Please log in to www.octavopartnership.org using your email address and previously provided password.

A place must be booked beforehand in order to be able to attend the training session. Those delegates who have booked a place by 5pm on the day before the session will receive, via an email, a Microsoft Teams meeting link which will be needed to join the session. To ensure the security of the virtual meeting, Clerks who have not booked and not been sent the link will not be allowed to join the training session.

All courses should be booked via our portal. Click ‘Book Now’ to log in and secure your place. If you do not have a user account for our portal please contact octavo.governance@croydon.gov.uk with the completed new user request formor call 020 8241 5486.

Price
For those Clerks whose schools have purchased a training contract with Octavo Governance, attendance at these sessions will be at no additional charge; Clerks whose school have not purchased an Octavo Governance training contract are warmly welcome to attend our virtual sessions for a fee of £115 per delegate per session.
