Our IT team is one of the most experienced in school systems with in depth knowledge and understanding gained over many years of working in schools.

be accessible online, via e mail and telephone at local call rates for call logging act as a first point of contact deal with any incidents relating to supported software or hardware remotely log and track all calls and maintain response rate statistics refer issues with 3rd party suppliers to the appropriate source of expertise inform the caller within 4 8 working hours of progress if immediate resolution is not possible schedule a visit by a support consultant if required
