Overview

This is a termly briefing for Governing Board Clerks, for both maintained and academy schools, that is hosted by the Governor Services team.

This course is non-chargeable for those schools within the Governor Services contract.

Description

This session provides Governing Board Clerks with an opportunity to:
-hear of the key issues currently on the education and governance landscape and how they may support their Boards with these issues;
-network and share practice with fellow governance colleagues; and
-undertake developmental sessions on specific governance and clerking issues.

Please note that if your school has not purchased a training package from Octavo Partnership Governor Services, there will be a charge of £104 (for an evening course) or £208 (for a day course).
When completing the user form, please ensure you have added the name and position of the person who has authorised payment for the course (Chair of Governors/Principal/Headteacher). This is for invoicing purposes.
