Overview

We are pleased to offer a series of 3 training sessions relating to cultural competence.
This course is kindly being funded by Croydon local NEU (National Education Union).

Please note that there is a maximum of 1 booking per school and initially it is open to Croydon Schools only

Description

Session 2 will focus on the following:
Racial identity theory: Identify the importance of racial identity theory in the school/ setting. What do we do as educators do to ensure that all of our children and young people have a strong sense of self and others? How does this impact on the education of children and staff?
