Overview

Nobody likes having a difficult conversation but it is something that many Governors have had to do at sometime. This course will provide governors with an increased confidence in their ability to manage difficult or challenging conversations.

Description

The material covered in this training session will assist governors’ development in relation to Key Competency 1 (Strategic Leadership), and Key Competency 3 (People) within the Governor Competency Framework.

Please note that if your school has not purchased a training package from Octavo Partnership Governor Services, there will be a charge of £104 (for an evening course) or £208 (for a day course).
On completion of the User form please ensure you have added the name and position of the person who has authorised payment for the course (Chair of Governors/Principal/Headteacher). This is for invoicing purposes.
