This course is designed for those who are new or not as confident in KS2 Computing with teaching computing and would benefit from a slow paced, hands on session that demystifies the computing and coding vocabulary and gives delegates tried and tested lesson ideas, links to resources and a chance to ask questions, both during the course and afterwards by email.
•To be confident in understanding the statutory requirements of the Computing Curriculum areas of: Digital Literacy /Online Safety, Information Technology and Computer Science for KS2•To understand the progression of computing skills and Age-Related Expectations for KS2•To explore KS2 resources to support the Computing Curriculum and the wider curriculum opportunities
