This remote training, is essential for any teacher new to teaching Year 6, or returning to teach in Year 6.PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A REPEAT OF THE AUTUMN 2020 SESSION.
The course will provide delegates with:•an understanding of the statutory requirements for assessing pupil’s attainment in the core subjects at the end of KS2•support in developing Y6 subject knowledge in English and mathematics
Led by the KS2 moderation manager and lead moderators for KS2 writing, this course will thoroughly unpick the requirements for the teacher assessment of writing, as well as how to prepare pupils for reading, GPS and maths SATs.
Please note bookings must be made prior in order to attend the session. The course will take place via Microsoft Teams and delegates will receive an email invitation 24 hours prior to the course taking place. Please check and ensure that your email address is correct.
