Termly meetings to share information, best practice approaches, initiative and resources to support inclusive practice for pupils with SEND.
Objectives:• keep SENCOs and other key school practitioners up to date with national and local policy in relation to identifying and meeting needs of pupils with SEND.• raise awareness of recent research and innovation, interventions and resources to support high quality SEND provision across all areas of need.• provide a forum to share best practice• provide opportunity for peer networking
Outcomes: delegates will:• remain informed about national and local policy and practice for SEND provision• reflect and discuss emerging issues with colleagues• consider implications of input for evaluating, developing and improving SEND provision in their own school.
* As this is a two part sessions, you will be automatically be booked to attend both session. Please note the briefing dates and ensure that you can attend both session.
* Bookings must be made in advance in order to attend the session. The course will take place via Zoom and Microsoft Team and delegates will receive an email invitation 24 hours prior to the course taking place. Please check and ensure that your email address is correct.
Session 1 will be via the Zoom platform, therefore, you must pre-register, in advance of this meeting with Zoom, to enable you to join the event on the day. It is advisable to click on the link supplied the day before to do this, then you will receive instant confirmation and joining instructions directly from ZOOM. Failure to do so may result in difficulties trying to join the event on the day.
Session 2 will be via Microsoft Teams. Please note that meeting invite/link will be sent to delegates prior to the session date.

Course fee is £100 per delegate for schools that do not have a current subscription. For schools that subscribe to this briefing, you will need to registered the delegate that is attending for each meeting
