Overview

This course will provide an understanding of:
the relationship between Discover and SIMS
how to create and manipulate graphs using the Discover interface
the range and scope of the pre-defined Discover graphs
manipulating the pre-defined Discover graphs
generating Venn diagrams
using the Discover Administration Utility to manage the transfer of SIMS data to Discover
groups and alerts.

Description

Discover takes data from SIMS and displays it on bar graphs, line graphs, pie charts or Venn diagrams. Graphs can be exported for printing, e-mailing or inclusion in Word documents or PowerPoint presentations.

The entrance to the Octavo Partnership offices is opposite ‘ACCESS CROYDON’ (Bernard Weatherill house) in Mint Walk. You will see a loading bay, the door is to the left, on the corner of the building. There is an Octavo sign. Press ‘1’ and we will come and collect you. Refreshments will be provided.
