Overview

Standardisation and moderation cluster meeting in order to support end of KS1 reading and maths assessment

Description

This session is intended to:
- support teachers in understanding the 2017 KS1 interim teacher assessment standards for reading and maths
- provide Y2 teachers with an opportunity to engage in standardisation and moderation activities to support them in making accurate judgements
- to support Y2/3 transition

Teachers should bring with them:
•a copy of the 2017 KS1 interim teacher assessment framework
•the 2016 reading and maths exemplification materials
•a range of maths evidence for a pupil they consider is working at each of the standards (three pupils in total)
•a range of reading evidence for a pupil they consider is working at each of the standards (three pupils in total)
