Overview

Developing strategic thinking and understanding the big picture is often difficult for middle leaders but it can be the most rewarding part of your career. If you see yourself in senior leadership or want to find out about what it might mean, this course will give you answers. It will give you insight into:
developing ‘YOU’ as a strategic thinker
a number of the different challenges you may encounter
it will help you along that path from application to interview. You will see your strengths and development points to help prepare you for senior leadership responsibility.

The course presenters are extremely experienced in school improvement and big picture thinking - one is a recent ex-headteacher of an outstanding school and the other experienced in supporting a number of schools through different stages of development and improvement.
