Description

SIMS is capable of recording both negative and positive incidents. Both are achieved using the Behaviour Management functionality. Negative incidents are termed behaviour incidents within Behaviour Management and positive incidents are termed achievements.

The entrance to the Octavo Partnership offices is opposite ‘ACCESS CROYDON’ (Bernard Weatherill house) in Mint Walk. You will see a loading bay, the door is to the left, on the corner of the building. There is an Octavo sign. Press ‘1’ and we will come and collect you.
